"I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It's located right in the center of Cardiff, and my room had some great views on the castle. The entrance suggests that you enter a lush and luxurious hotel, with a hallway and staircase that remind us of lords and ladies of times gone by. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is a bit more down to earth. One elevator was out of service during my stay, the other one had issues. The rooms are a bit outdated, need a bit of maintenance, and the walls and doors are thin. However, the bed was super comfy and that's what matters most in a hotel. The place was spotless, staff was friendly and checking in and out went swift. Overall, the experience was excellent for the price I paid. "
