«We were a group of friends from Sydney away for the weekend to see a show in Canberra and visiting a Canberra friend. The townhouse is layed out well, bathrooms were great however it was a hot weekend and we were advised the third air conditioner in bedroom was still not working. However we were not told the four queen size beds advertised were actually 2 double beds and two queen beds. One of the double beds was so rock hard our friends could not sleep in the bed. «Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.»
