«The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families.»

«Had an amazing stay. Cabin was exactly as described and host was excellent in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed (including snow removal etc) Would stay again!!»

«Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! »

«We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished.»

«We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. The motel is in a pine grove and is lake front. It's "!old school " feel reminds of my childhood. It's clean and quite, but no thrills. «We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine ...

«We had a great week with our kids and grandkids! Plenty of sleeping areas, and large living space for all 12 of us. We would have liked to have a bigger (flatter) lawn area for outdoor games, but the lake certainly made up for it. Host was attentive and responsive. We would stay here again. »

«We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and communication with Kristina was great. Loved the sunsets on the lake from the balcony. We were there for an event at Gunstock and was about 10-15 drive from the condo. Was not a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs as condo is built on 2.5 levels.»

«Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it.»
