«We loved the cool breeze that came off the golf course behind our condo. And seeing the turkeys and other birds that were there was fun too. I would give 5 stars, but it was not clear that the place would not have air-conditioning. The host gave us some extra fans to use. The pool and hot tub was nice as well. that was much appreciated.»

«We loved the breathtakingly beautiful house, decor and gardens. Whale watching from the ocean club was amazing and of course loved taking the golf cart to the snorkeling beach and Napua dining!!! Kate was a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to return!!»

«Our stay here was fantastic. It’s a nice, quiet corner unit close to a great beach, shopping and golf within a couple minutes. The beach gear is great to have on hand and the washer and dryer kept our packing light. We would stay here again.»

«We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home.»

«This is our 3rd time staying in waikoloa. Property was clean and quiet. Condo was spacious and well maintained. Only issues were we didn’t have full sized fridge for a week. Property management provided ice chest and small fridge. Every room was comfortable and clean»

«Very comfortable and well-stocked house for a multi-generational family stay. All were impressed by the view! The neighborhood is suburban/residential but 3 mins from groceries and a few restaurants, otherwise nearest beach and other towns are a 20-30 minute drive. There were plenty of rooms, couches, chairs (indoor and out) for us to spread out and be comfortable. Decor was was well done. All enjoyed the hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy a couple dinners there. ...

«Nice property in a nice, well kept community. Fairway Villas is not a resort, but a community with privately owned condos. The short term condos scattered amongst private vacation homes or more permanent residences are best suited for families that wish a peaceful dwelling. No housekeeping, towel or bedlinnen changes included, you get a set per resident at arrival. The inhouse "classic US" GE laundry machine worked as quickly and poorly as expected, but it helped us keeping towels and sweaty ...
