«This suite was EXCELLENT for our family of 6. Short drive to Waikoloa, Hapuna and Spencer's Beach and only 30 min drive to Costco. GREAT location! The resort pool, tennis courts, ping pong table, fuse ball and large chess/checkers were a hit with it kids! Loved having access to the Waikoloa Community pool where I could swim lengths in the morning and could also hang out with the kids during the day. Will totally stay here again. »

«The whole reason I picked this spot was that I didn't want the hassle of going into a hotel. You need to tip the valet, wait for your car, walk through the lobby, etc etc The hotel/resort tries to make it hard to leave but that is what you want to do. Otherwise instead of visiting the area your only visiting the resort. «This is a very nice place to unwind. The other condos that we've stayed at are closer to the beach but those areas seem a little more busy and hectic. Out here is less touristy and therefore quieter and relaxed. Much more of a house/home than a mass produced condo feel. »

«We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home.»

The short term condos scattered amongst private vacation homes or more permanent residences are best suited for families that wish a peaceful dwelling.
