«Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!»

«First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be ...

«Family of six (kids ages 6-12), enjoyed our two-night stay, and house was just as described. Bathrooms were very clean, and kitchen was spacious with helpful basic supplies. There are phone chargers throughout the house and in each bedroom. Street parking only, but plenty of space directly in front of the house. It was easy to drive into downtown and to the surrounding neighborhoods. We walked to the zoo one afternoon. »
