«Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO. «The property was well located , very close to the falls, casino etc. Also the property was clean, well maintained and had all basic amenities including a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery. The downside was the temperature control. We arrived in December wen the tenperature was -18'c and the house wouldnt heat up well.The thermostat had a limit on the max temperature you can set! So there was no way to go beyond this. With kids in the house, it was not the optimal temperature, though luckily ...

«I traveled solo was a great place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for me. enjoyed the swings and fire pit outside was nice place to relax and read . Town is walkable distance and there's a grocery store right across the way . check in at other location was easy and gentleman was helpful and polite.»

«EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.»
