«This house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. We also enjoyed having woods behind the house and watching the deer come down every day. This is an ideal house for anyone looking to stay near Rochester and the surrounding area. »

«The cabin was larger than expected from the pictures and comfortable with a nice kitchen & island, enough plates and cups and comfortable beds in the loft. We loved the hot tub and the peaceful location just outside of town. Smooth entry with a door code and ideal for our family overnight. We will be back! »

«The property inside was nice other then hair in the shower and there was nothing for my granddaughter to play with that was listed in the description also no hot tub. The outside was fenced in which I loved but on the side of the house where I parked was filled with a lot garbage and the area wasn’t the greatest area but I managed. Now as for the host everything was great. Great communication with me. I just think the listing needs updated.»

«We loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 adults and 5 kids(ages 5-17). I wish there were some cards or board games but we compromised on movie nights. Location was amazing. Walking distance to the falls. We had to drive due to weather. »

«Our group consisted of adult siblings in town for a family function. Everyone liked the accommodations and the decor. I stayed alone the first night and felt safe and secure in the home and the neighborhood. Never gave it a second thought. It was very quiet and clean inside and out in the community there.The snacks, as an extra touch, was very sweet and appreciated.The location was perfect to the airport and highways.And Wegmans! «My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. We stayed for 2 nights with our 5-year-old son, and he loved the opportunity to run around in the woods and collect small logs for the fire. It’s really quiet there, perfect for relaxing.
