«The room was smaller than on the pictures, The bed was very hard. The shower head was broken, but they replaced it with a water saver one so I took longer to get clean. There were times during our stay where we called the reception regarding basic needs; toiletpaper, towels etc. We had to call several times and we were told that they’ll come soon (we gave them 1,5hrs and they still didn’t show up).
