"God service, personalet snakket engelsk. Et fint hotell hvor rommene fremsto rene. Stor frokostbuffet, men veldig mye vietnamesisk mat. Savnet et bredere utvalg av frukt og brød. Kunne booket igjen. "

"Utearealer er fantastisk! Rommet var litt slitt, men pent og rent. Aircondition slutten å fungere på natten, så det ble bra varmt. Tror ikke det vanlig vis er ett problem, så alt ialt kan jeg absolutt anbefale dette hotellet "

Tok taubanen over for å se på Vinpearl Harbour, så dette resortet - og booket meg spontant inn for en natt, selvom jeg egentlig sov på et hotell i Nha Trang. Det angrer jeg ikke på, var helt fantastisk å få slappet av her den siste tiden av oppholdet mitt i Vietnam. Vakkert resort, hvor de ikke har plass til så mange gjester - som derfor gjør det avslappende og rolig! "

"Staff is service minded and helpful. We have the ocean view suite and the room was amazing with outstanding view. A lot of Chinese and Russians staying here, so breakfast buffet was accommodating for them. "

"It was a good hotel to stay in and rooms were in general nice, but it lacks just a bit of the extra service and quality wise to be a 5 star hotel if you ask me. The doors was also making some noise a few places around the hotel and the pool ladders as well. As I mentioned the staff was generally good with service but in some places and especially the rooftop they were sometimes not visible always to attend service. I also noticed that some of the staff did not speak basic English and therefore it was quite difficult to communicate sometimes."

"Great hotel! Excellent breakfast and nice that the gym is open 24/7. Good service. A bit negative that there is no roofbar/roof top that is accessiable unnless you pay extra (I was quoted $60 USD extra pr person pr night to access the roof lounge/area/restaurants) or are a member. Also when we ordered room service or asked concierge for help it took quite a long time for them to come to the room. One example, We ordred food one time and they forgot the truffle sauce, and didnt come with it after 10 minutes and by then the food was cold. Other then this, this is a 5 star hotel."
