«Everything was good EXCEPT the horrible pillows. They were all too big to sleep on. At least half should have been softer. The motel has been there for around 25 years and needs many repairs. It served our needs for sure. All the staff was friendly and helpful. It was classified handicap but tub/shower access was not handicap. »

«I checked in for the night And was carrying a cheesecake. The staff immediately asked after checking in whether I needed a fork or any other item for my stay. Staff had Great insight in interpreting my needs and making sure that I was taken care of.»

«Heather at the front desk went over and above to accommodate us and metnour needs. Though she was the only one working the front desk at the time and was quite busy she remained cordial, calm, and held a positive happy demeanor not only to us but to the other guests as well. The hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was yummy and kept up by staff. My only complaint is the pool hours. I was hoping tobput in an early morning swim but it didn’t open until 10 a.m.»

«It had snowed during my stay. The property made sure to plow and clear the parking lot. Had breakfast and dinner ready and easy to access. »

«We live an hour from Hays, but the big winter storm was hitting so we decided to stay in Hays. We had to be in Russell to fix out daughters car the next morning. Everything was fantastic. The breakfast was good--not great. »
