«Very nice warm welcome and good communication.........but................. Apartment was definitely NOT 'luxury'!! We went in January so it was cold at night. When we arrived around midnight, the apartment was FREEZING, and there was one small electric heater for the whole 3 bed apartment which we were told should not be left on during the night. «From the moment we arrived, to the moment we cheched our we were well taken care of. The staff works very hard to make sure everything is to your liking. In the morning you will awaken to hot air balloons lifting off nearby, with King Tut and his friends hidden in the mountains. Reasonable tours and food and more.
