«Place was as described. Plenty of room for my family and close to our daughter at Westmont. Space and amenities were convenient. Property next to freeway and busy road. But sound machine in the bedrooms drown out the noise. Didn’t bother us. »

«We stayed for a short girls weekend in SB. The location is excellent, a block away from the water, about a 30 minute walk to the funk zone and other shops/food. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive management. House is old though you could tell they have made fixes based off previous reviews. Nice gas fireplace. Would have benefited from knowing there were space heaters the first night. Overall, for the price was a fair stay. »

«We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and ...

«We loved our 3-day stay in this charming, clean, comfortable little cottage. The layout, location and amenities were perfect for our family of four, including two college-age kids. Summerland is a cute town with a number of upscale shops, and a few restaurants, and it’s an easy drive to surfing spots, Montecito and Santa Barbara. «This was an excellent house one row of houses from Hollywood Beach. Dining was within walking distance. The management was easy to work with. Check in was a breeze.The home was well appointed with a kitchen and convenient bathrooms. The balconies were very nice. The house is not on the beach, but the beach is as close as you can get without being right on it.The main living area and kitchen was on the second floor of a 3 story home. «The property was ok. Just a little small. The neighborhood was directly off the freeway and was a very crowded street with no parking. The driveway was short and off center of the street entrance. The check in time was 3:00 but we were not able to check in until 3:30 due to the cleaning lady still being there. During our stay, the cleaning lady came through the driveway to use the laundry area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have liked a more seamless stay. »

«This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house with such good sleeping and living spaces, and many other amenities, including an awesome kitchen. It is just a few doors down from the beach, and directly across from a park. The property manager is great to work with and communicates before, during and after the stay, as needed.»

«Our consulting organization went here for our annual retreat and it was amazing! The property was really cleaned, well stocked, and beautiful overall. Super Large TV, nice fire pit, and seating outside enough for large groups. Michael was very communicative and responsive to messages and super accommodating. Lots of games were supplied so we had constant entertainment. This was an amazing experience and would definitely book here again. »

«Great property with a few exceptions. Sliding windows facing ocean need to be cleaned, would help if a squeegee were available. Need reading lights in all bedrooms, including living area so you don’t need to turn on overhead lights at night. Definitely need a booklet with house instructions for using all appliances including heater and oven. Would be very beneficial if all bedrooms had luggage racks. The shower door in the bathroom on the 2nd level across from the queen bed was off track, ...

«Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) «We had a wonderful stay at the Raptor’s View property.It was easy to get everywhere in Ventura and the view was really exceptional. The communication with the manager was perfect and the property was pristine and warm and comfortable. We had a chance to see the SpaceX launch from the porch which was a great experience.
