They had an herbal walk and showed me all the medicinal plants that Fijians used instead of medication. The staff is really nice and accommodating. They also offer free shuttle from Savusavu and Labassa airport. The massage was also good. »

«Sawasi is a magical place, with such a beautiful natural setting with lots of "secret paths", rock outcroppings on the ocean shore, canals to kayak on, exotic birds and bats flying at dusk, beautiful flowers, amazing food, wonderful people! We stayed on Serenity, an old refurbished cruise ship. Nice experience but the Serenity could benefit from an upgrade (carpets, etc). The bed was very comfortable, sheets, towels, high quality. We had a great time and rated it 5 stars. »

«Extremely quiet and peaceful. Subash was an attentive manager and his wife, Sunita, was a very good cook. The only downside to this place is that you need a car or taxi to go anywhere else.»

«We changed our plans at the last minute and happened to come across Sau Bay on Google Maps. It looked like a great spot for a resort, so we decided to give it a try. After our stay, my girlfriend and I found it incredibly difficult to leave. We absolutely loved this place and didn’t have a single complaint. «It was simple, clean. The staff is fantastic. Only thing id change is that id update the cigarette burned toilet seat and small table. Owners are lovely, (i totally put my foot in my mouth when i said koro is my fave! Yikes) The food was delicious and peggy couldnt have nbeen a better person. I came here to be with my dying father,, and the compassion and empathy that i was shown was so wonderful. »

«Ana and Esther were so lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and safe ! I was given an extra 1.5 hrs to check out due to my flight time. The view of the water and mountains is beautiful & the garden of the property is lovely The room was spacious and had been Renovated. There is a communal kitchen to use which is an added bonus ! «Nukubati Island Resort is an amazing place. It is remote and there is nothing nearby like restaurants and shops. But the resort food is excellent with a 2-3 entree choices at each mean and lots of the food is grown in their own garden. There is no restaurant schedule so you can eat at any time of day. «The beds are clean and no problem. The air conditioner is comfortable but doesn't come with a remote control, staff had to search for it and bring it for room. There was tea and coffee in the room but no kettle. The hot shower worked well enough. There were no windows in the room, but the shared balcony offered a nice view of the harber. 5mins walk from the bus stand. Supermarket and restaurants are located next door. The hot spring is a 3mins walk away.»

«The moment we stepped on the beach in Waitatavi Bay we realized how fortunate we were to have found this magical place. Taking in the view of the sandy beach, to the crystal clear water & tropical fauna, it was amazing we got to enjoy this beautiful Bay all to ourselves.
