«ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!! I had to pay a taxi; then a bicycle tour guide AND a police officer to help me locate ...

«The worst hotel in the world. The room on the site was deluxe and overlooking the river, all a lie. the room was in the back with a window and moldy. I asked the employee about my reservation and he said he could do nothing. The noise was hellish, doors slamming since 4 am, people screaming all the time, total chaos! The coffee included in the reservation also does not exist, pure deception. I do not recommend!»
