«My wife and I ventured to Sau Bay around the 20th of June, shortly after it opened. At a high level, we give the place 6 out of 5 stars! At the top of our experience was the incredible staff that greeted us and took care of us throughout our 5-day stay. We had previously spent a couple of weeks at some other resorts in the Mamanuca islands, and while those were also great, Sau Bay stood head and shoulders above them in terms of service, privacy, and overall experience. «The beds are clean and no problem. The air conditioner is comfortable but doesn't come with a remote control, staff had to search for it and bring it for room. There was tea and coffee in the room but no kettle. The hot shower worked well enough. There were no windows in the room, but the shared balcony offered a nice view of the harber. 5mins walk from the bus stand. Supermarket and restaurants are located next door. The hot spring is a 3mins walk away.»

«I was at Daku for two nights. As a single traveler, it was very safe and convenient. The staff were amazing. There is snorkeling right across the street which is very convenient. Walking to town takes about 30 minutes and there aren’t sidewalks at points so I might recommend taking a taxi. I had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on site and all food was excellent. «Beautiful location. As mentioned in an earlier review it would be nice to have an eating table inside. Swimming and snorkeling while world class are challenging at anything but high tide, as there are no really convenient entry points. Hosts were great, no issues, as was the can driver. May need to rework the sloping bathroom shower floor as it leaks into the bathroom. Mosquitoes are tiny and come out after rain so be forewarned. Enjoy »

«The landscaping at Bamboo House was stunning! We appreciated the privacy and loved the infinity pool. The view is amazing and the staff was very responsive to our requests. »

«My husband and I had a fantastic time at the post house. It was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. The house plus the view were so wonderful we had to force ourselves to have dinner out in the town. Jen who managed the property was always willing to help whether it be with scheduling tours or picking a place for dinner when we finally did go out. Would absolutely come back. »
