"Location could not have been more perfect! 2 minutes from Valetta town center (to the right) and 4 minutes to the harbour with water taxis and ferries (to the left). Everyone working in the hotel that we were in contact with were kind, helpful, smiling - with good tour advice and even helped with airport transport to and from. Thanks to everyone for giving us a great stay! The room was spacious and immaculately clean. We had booked one of the rooms with the huge balcony. The evenings relaxing with the view of the city and the habour were priceless. It is worth every penny, and more, to have that space. Breakfast was good. It had all you needed, and a good atmosphere every morning, as in the rest of the hotel. We choose Valetta as a base for travelling round the island. Travelling was easy with the ferries on our doorstep and the central bus station 10 minutes away as was the hop-on-hop-off bus stop and the pick-up point for trips booked to the surrounding attractions such as the blue lagoon (booked through Supreme Travel). One recommendation for dinner - if you turn left outside the hotel, walk a couple of flights up the stairs with the bars, the most beautiful Italian restaurant (Grana) is just there, literally 2 minutes away. If we are ever fortunate enough to visit Malta again, we know where we will be staying."
