To begin with, outside the villa, you will enjoy several terraced areas including:

- An additional terrace extending from the living area with a dining table for 10 people

A barbecue, a jacuzzi, a pool, and sun loungers are provided for maximum holiday enjoyment! (Mattresses and floats available).

Inside, the 170m² house, decorated with a taste for travel, is perfectly arranged and built over two levels, offering you:

On the ground floor:

- A very large living area open to the outside through large bay windows including:
- A living room with a Smart TV (Apple TV connection available), sofas, and coffee tables, directly opening to the outside. A large selection of board games is at your disposal.
- An open kitchen with a central island, fully equipped (small and large appliances, a complete range of dishware, etc.).
- Independent toilets.
- A laundry/pantry.
- All opening onto the exterior terrace with a dining table for 10 people.
- A master suite with a dressing room, queen-size bed, and en-suite shower room (without WC).

On the first floor, you will find:

- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
- A third bedroom identical to the second.
- A bathroom adjacent to these two bedrooms.
- A fourth children's bedroom with two single beds, dressers, and storage.
- A fifth and final bedroom with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, chest of drawers, and a small dressing room.
- A third shower room.
- Independent toilets.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

- Access to the property in 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
- 20 minutes from the A8 motorway exit.

- Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)

- Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
- Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
- Check-ins can be in person until 10 PM in winter, and 11 PM in summer. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
- All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
