«We had 8 people and we stayed in the Pallazo and found this to be a fantastic experience in a great gem of the city. Marcia was an excellent host and the accommodations which are in a building from 1132 were magnificent. I highly recommend this place.»

«Our family had a comfortable stay here. Everyone we came in contact with was very gracious and helpful. The property is located just a few minutes away from the center of town, and is easy to access through one of the city gates. Town is lovely and well worth a visit!»

«We didn't get the e-mail with the codes to the doors. The wifi doesn't connect to the internet. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The place lokks abandoned from the inside. The room wasclean when we arrived. The inside of the place looks nice. »

«Very nice, spacious, clean room in a large apartment with a communal kitchen / dining area. Host was very nice and came once I rang the telephone number on the door. I had chosen a room with a balcony, but had little use for it as arrived after dark. It is a surprisingly long climb if you are walking up to San Miniato, so leave plenty of time! Would definitely stay again.»

«We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location - in a small Tuscan town - was convenient for seeing the area plus having access to town facilities. We used the free washing machine and drying area as well as appreciating the kitchen and space of the apartment. The apartment had a real 'Tuscan villa' feel.»

«Beautiful place and a very friendly and helpful host. Authentic Tuscan farmhouse with no frills. Lovely views all round, especially from the terrace. Excellent bar/ restaurant within walking distance. It was very hot when we were there, so the location of the pool across the road was a problem. Otherwise,great.»

«We had such a nice stay and only wish it had been longer! Enrico & Simona were excellent hosts and we loved the cooking class they did for us and our 3 college students who learned to make pasta for the first time. The views are spectacular and it’s a perfect location for trips to the many surrounding towns and wineries. We’d love to come back in the summer and stay longer!»
