«Gorgeously situated in a beautiful ex-colonial mansion, serving excellent food. Staff are efficient and friendly. The regular rooms are evocative and very comfortable, with choice of fan and air conditioning. The lack of a television is more than compensated for by the eclectic collection of books in rooms, and communal areas. «We loved our stay at this place! The owners make you feel at home the moment you step through the doors. They are extremely helpful and caring, and if we ever needed help with anything (like getting to the airport in Colombo), they fixed it.
