«Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.»

«This is a beautiful house and Damien is an incredible host- responsive and kind! This was a sweet respite for us and we wish we could have even stayed longer. The path along the river is wonderful for walks and the location is excellent- quiet neighborhood but accessible to everything. I couldn’t recommend more highly! »

«Enjoyed the place. Convenient to St Kate's and Macalester (whose women's basketball games we were attending). Nice throw blankets helped keep us warm during mid-Feb freezing temps. Comfy beds. Some noise from upstairs tenants. Host accommodated our request for earlier check in.»

«Great location, not far from anything. Quiet neighborhood, AMAZING beds, nice linens. Large dinning table for eating together and playing games. Spacious, light-fulled gathering area in the house. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only downfall is that one bedroom had to go down To get to their bathroom. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great time.a flight of stairs for their bathroom.»

«The property wasn’t too expensive but had maintenance issues. The door on the main floor bathroom had a broken hinge. The light in the main TV room didn’t work. The remote for the TV didn’t have batteries and the bedding and towels for the bathrooms were still in the drier and we didn’t find them until we were leaving. The location was on a busy street but they did have a garage in back to park the cars The main floor bathroom was almost unusable because the toilet was so close to the door you ...

«Great house and easy check in! There was lots of room to sit, chat, and have a nice girls weekend in the twin cities. Plenty of street parking. Only thing is that the faucets were difficult to turn off completely, both the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets leaked slightly. »

«This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. »

«The house worked really well for us. Plenty of space and beds. Loved the trundle bed for the 2 year old. Location was really convent. Easy freeway access.»
