Get a great night’s rest during your stay in between adventures around the High Sierras. This spacious cabin has plenty of room for the whole family, with three large bedrooms (one king and two queens), plus an extra sleeping area in the downstairs office on a sofa bed. This bonus bedroom doubles as a convenient workspace for remote workers (and even has a printer). If you require additional sleeping space, we can arrange an air mattress for your stay-just let us know in advance!

The home boasts three full bathrooms plus a half bath. The primary suite and bonus room each have a private ensuite bathroom, one other full bathroom upstairs, and the half bathroom sits off the main living areas. The primary suite's bathroom and common bathroom has a shower and tub combination, while the other bonus full bath has a walk-in shower. There’s no need to overpack - each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, so you can look forward to heading home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.

As guests, you will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage, a basement closet, and the attic storage area. Please enjoy the private deck, the spacious kitchen, the modern furnishings, and the air hockey table. Free parking is available in the driveway.
The Smart TV has streaming apps that you can use with your subscriptions. We request you use your own passwords. This is a pet-friendly home, but we must approve your furry friend and take a fee per stay. Please inquire for more info.
Other things to note
3x Security cameras are present outside and one is in the garage to monitor deliveries. The garage space parking is not available but you can use the garage for storing your ice box, fishing items, etc., NO EV Charging at any cost, and any electrical damage will be claimed. Attic and basement storage is not allowed. No Pets are allowed and service animals should be disclosed during booking. Absolutely No smoking - extra fees will be charged. Absolutely No parties.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for outdoor decks, area around the property and inside the property etc. herein referred to as Feature. It is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Features. Guest understands that the area surrounding Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Booking guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupants aware of these risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or manager for injuries or claims.
HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should
purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
