This two bedroom, two bath left side of a duplex is a sure win! With all Modern furniture and décor, you will surely find this property a comfortable fit for any stay. This property offers two king master beds in each room. One with a private bathroom that has a full walk in shower! The other bedroom has access to the hall bathroom! Our living room couch transforms into a pullout couch.

Come relax in our home, fix a cup of coffee in our Keurig, cook your family a meal in our newly remodeled kitchen and relax and play a game around our table! Once your done, come into our living room, jump on the couch and put on a movie. With so many things to do so close you won't stay there long! Just minutes from The Gathering Place, Multiple golf courses, Museums, and parks, you are sure to find something to enjoy in our great city!

Tulsa for a Week
House was easy to find but located right off the interstate so there is some highway noise through the night. Plan to use a white noise app on your phone! Everything was easy to find, had an issue with how to use the dishwasher, messaged the host and received an almost instant response and I learned how to use it. Towels and sheets were damp in the dryer when we got there, maybe the housekeeper forgot to fold them. No biggie, I re-washed and used them. Needed someplace to put trash, since we were there a week, use of the garage would have been nice. Overall cute duplex, never saw the neighbors. Would stay again!

Easy, clean good communication
Easy check in. Clean premises. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there was a faint smoke smell in one of the bedrooms. It is a duplex so I’m not sure if maybe the neighbors smoke and it traveled through the vents. There is a functional kitchen. If you plan on cooking for a big group, you may want some extra pots/ pans. But not necessary cooking for 2-3. I took one start off for location because it is right by the way highway and a bit noisy because of the cars. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience. Communication with host was prompt. Check in and out easy. Location near the highways. I would stay again.

Quick weekend stay
My family and I stayed at this location for a College graduation. As soon as we booked, communication was immediately available! The host provided us with relevant information and seemed to be in touch with the area. She even asked us our snack preferences, which is a great gesture! Upon arrival, there was no issue checking in. Sadly, there were no snacks either, which made the previoys gesture redundant. The cleanliness was subpar (hair in the shower and in bathroom floor)Had to go to the nearest store for cleaning items. The home had a stuffy smell. The Keurig did not work and I’m a coffee drinker, so that was a bummer, lol. Conclusively, the home served its purpose, but I wouldn’t rebook it.

Work stay very disappointed
The pictures of this property looked great. Some reviews mentioned the highway noise and they were spot on but that didn’t bother us. The pictures are very misleading of this property. House is very run down and that was apparent. That wouldn’t have bothered us so much had it been cleaned. Hair in showers, dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower curtain, hair and dust all over bathroom. It was very disappointing.

The home was great! Loved the location. The only issue was the master bedroom’s master bathroom. It did have a clogged sink and shower. Helped out by purchasing drain cleaner. It only worked for sink. The kitchen cabinet underneath the stove was broken due to missing fasteners. I purchased some and repaired myself. Just got antes to help as I’m an aircraft technician by trade.

Everything u need! Clean and comfortable and easily accessible!
I came in to attend a National Agility Competition at the Expo Equestrian Center. This home was only minutes away from the center plus great restaurants!! It has a small fenced in backyard for the dogs which was great. Everything I needed for my stay. Clean and the bed was comfortable. There is traffic noise but was covered up with my sound machine.

Great Stay but Noisy
We had a great time. The house is tidy and comfortable. Good location in access to the rest of Tulsa. Only downside is it’s right next to the highway so it is very noisy; windows are not well insulated.

Nice Stay
We stayed at this property for 4 nights as our house was listed to sell. It was a nice stay. The location is conveniently located close to I-44 and Hwy 75. The bedrooms are good sized. It's a 2 bedroom duplex, but offers plenty of space for comfort. We enjoyed our time here.

Chili Bowl 2022
This property was the absolute BEST for us!! We were in town for the Chili Bowl our 1st time. The house was located about 4 miles from the expo center. We literally had 2 turns and we were there. The house was the perfect size!! It was my husband and I with another couple. Enough space you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. Was nice to sit around the kitchen table for breakfast to talk about our plans for the day. Then we gather at the table about midnight for a snack and talk about the races. Beds are AMAZING!!! Our nephew who was with us can never sleep passed 5a. He slept until after 9a every morning!! It was like home away from home. The communication with the property manager was top notch. All my emails were answered within 15 minutes or less. Super friendly and very accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It was perfect for us and we look forward to hopefully renting this house every year for the Chili Bowl!!! This place deserves 10 plus stars!!!

Beautiful duplex!
The house was so cute and roomy! The bedrooms were a nice size and the kitchens appliances were amazing! I loved everything about our stay, my only con would be the location. It is right next to a busy highway, so we heard traffic all throughout the night!
