«This used to be a good hotel years back when it was Crowne Plaze, but those were the days! Now the hotel is worn and the service poor. I have been staying in many hotels around the world during this pandemic and that will not be their excuse. Twice they forgot to bring my food to my room. There was no way to pick it up myself. Had to sleep hungry that night!»

«The place is ok in itself. Internet is fine, breakfast is quite alright. If you come hungry at night, you'll stay hungry as there are no restaurants in the area. There is a shuttle that takes you to the mall, or you can eat at the airport. Getting picked up from the airport can be a waste of time as they may not even come. Best to go to the information centre in the terminal and get them to call the hotel for your arrival.»

«I love the property, waking up to nature was just what I needed. Was a bit concerned, as the locals walk through the property as a short cut to and from the beach. Questioned my safety being that the latch on the back door wasn’t the most sturdy. Another, concern was the path to the beach wasn’t in the best condition, cleanliness, clear path. Had to request for my room to be clean as the dust on the fans, table, and behind the toilet started to thicken and caused my allergies to flare up. Also, ...
