«This used to be a good hotel years back when it was Crowne Plaze, but those were the days! Now the hotel is worn and the service poor. I have been staying in many hotels around the world during this pandemic and that will not be their excuse. Twice they forgot to bring my food to my room. There was no way to pick it up myself. Had to sleep hungry that night!»

«The place is ok in itself. Internet is fine, breakfast is quite alright. If you come hungry at night, you'll stay hungry as there are no restaurants in the area. There is a shuttle that takes you to the mall, or you can eat at the airport. Getting picked up from the airport can be a waste of time as they may not even come. Best to go to the information centre in the terminal and get them to call the hotel for your arrival.»

The coconut bake and buljol (salt fish), the coconut cream king fish is still lingering on my taste buds. This place offers peacefulness, and quiet surrounded by nature was surreal. However, the invitation to share a birthday meal with (curry chicken and goat) with their friends and family! Unforgettable! Thank you so very much and see you again!»
