«We absolutely loved this very comfy apartment under an absolutely beautiful house. We had everything we needed to cook and decompress from visiting family. Very comfortable and clean apartment with a wood burning stove which we loved using. The towels and bedding are top notch and location is great- walk around Stoney Creek, which is 5 minutes away or go to Guilford green for great food and shops- especially the hen and the heifer- great pastries!!! Definitely book this place!!»

«Apartment was immaculate. Easy check-in process and Hyatus was communicative, friendly, and helpful. Furniture in the living area is a little cramped but for just a few days it was all we needed! Noise level wasn't bad, but the windows are not soundproof so we could hear the occasional siren (it's very close to the hospital). But the building itself was fairly quiet. My only negative feedback: while 2 of the beds were comfortable, the third one was very clearly not a mattress at all, just a box ...

«Regardless of the reason you're visiting the Yale, New Haven area this is a great base - parking (if you need), easy access to Yale whether walking or by car, and close to everything you need for a great stay. The suite is comfortably appointed and has great natural light, even on days that may seem dreary. Those big windows really help you feel like you're at home! «This property is so beautiful, spacious, and felt like home. My family and I spent Christmas here and I made Christmas dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, ect, even had a potato masher. There was a nice coffee bar and extra linens, pillows, and blankets which I always appreciate. The bathroom was even stocked and had what I needed in an emergency. The only thing that was sad was it says there is a hot tub which I was excited about but there is not. «The apt is clean and big enough for 2 couples. The lighting is poor . No bedside or floor lights . Very harsh over head lights. Also there are no window coverings in the living room ...Too sunny and warm until 4 . Then you are in a fishbowl. Needs black out curtains/shades in the bedrooms . The neighbors have multiple flood lights on all night . The location is good for the summer , little overpriced for the winter.»
