Our newly extended, modern apartment with its open plan living area and great location based in a world heritage site is the perfect place to relax and explore Shropshire. Only a 12 minute walk to Blists Hill Victorian Town and a short drive to the Ironbridge Gorge and its famous bridge, museums, restaurants, bars and beautiful wooded valley. With Free parking and great transport links to the bustling Telford Town centre, Southwater and local business parks this is the ideal base for any visitor
The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to our newly renovated and extended first floor apartment and I hope this is the start of a memorable stay in Shropshire.
Our apartment has been fully renovated with a modern interior and home comforts in mind. The addition of an outdoor terrace is ideal for sitting out and enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink
My Property sleeps up to 4 guests (1 double bedroom and one sofa bed in the Lounge) It is on the first floor and is accessed by an external metal staircase and is one of 2 apartments we own, great if friends, family or work colleagues would like to book too!
The apartment is on the right and the double patio doors leads straight into a light and airy, open plan living area with a newly fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine.
There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people in the dining area, great for socializing while you cook or why not relax in the comfortable lounge area on the 3 seater sofa which can be changed into a double sofa bed and watch your favorite movie on the Smart TV with Freeview (you will need to use your own login details to access apps like Netflix etc)
From the small hall there is a modern shower room with large shower, WC and basin with a built in storage cupboard underneath
The bedroom is large, light and airy and the bed is tucked away in a cosy alcove and has a comfortable king size bed with hotel quality pillows, duvet and linens for a great nights sleep and includes a double wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk/dressing table and stool and the added bonus of a smart TV on the wall
There is a large walk in cupboard in the bathroom with hooks to hang your coats
The Property is accessed from the rear and there is a large parking area and a parking space allocated for you
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.
The property sleeps 4, with a double sofa bed in the lounge, there is an extra charge of £15 per person per night. Please advise when booking
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property, access is along a private road, at the end is a private parking area and your parking space has a sign for 'Flat 1' where you can park 1 large car or 2 small cars.
Other things to note
Access to my property is through a shared gated entrance and up external metal stairs, This property is not suitable for guests with accessibility needs who cannot manage stairs
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
