«We loved our stay at Otonomus Tulum. The aparthotel is new and modern and tastefully decorated. We had our own private lounge pool, which was perfect to hop in for morning stretching or just to cool off. The main pool was awesome. We had it to ourselves most days/night. «First off Camilla was our tour guide daily. She had multiple local activities for us to do. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazingly comfortable and the balcony was a great place to hang out when we were not adventurizing! Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and all reasonably priced. Lovely hotel! I would recommend to anyone!»

«We had a great time at Panacea Hotel. We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in to the reception. We had a Deluxe Suite, with 2 Bedrooms. Great value for the money! «I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker ...
