Hotel is located in the tulum village therefore, its a good 15-20 from tulum beach where the clubs , resort , bar etc is located on that strip . To get around you can rent a scooter , bike or ATV at the front desk . Or call a taxi . Front desk can help you with that easily with a quick call or text . «Xambé is a little peace of heaven! We stayed on the top floor and the view is incredible. Very safe and quiet area. 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. I would recommend having a car. Surrounding area is all very nice and also very safe. Romina and Baltazar took amazing care of us! Highly recommend. This was my second time staying here and I hope to return again someday!»

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. »

"The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close. The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality. In general the food was really good, and the breakfast buffet not too crowded. They also had an a la carte breakfast option. The only thing regarding food is that we expected a little bit more from the Mexican restaurant, considering we are in Mexico. Also the fish, exept from the sush, was not the best. But the drinks were great in every place we tried All in all we could definitely recommend this hotel. "
