Other things to note
1, Cleaning fee is the cost for the whole house deep clean and linens washing after guests stay.
2, Extra cleaning fee will be charged: (A) if you request more time during stay period. (B) Will charge monthly if stay more than 40 days. The rate is same.
3, If you are really confident no issues for your pets stay then we can discuss. Also extra refundable security deposit will be applied and will refund to you after you check out if no issues.
