«After 40 hours travel and 10 hour time difference it would have been nice when arriving at 7 am with a sign informing me and others who wanted to contact with the reception that it opens at 9 am. Eventually, i was promised a room at 11 am, but that was not the case after all. And then promised an upgrade. But the door was not in order... so i finally got my room, in the backyard where there is a pub at weekends. Too small bedsheet, so the madrass was exposed every night.. good location though»

«Perfect location to hospitals, eating options, chemists and supermarkets. The TV wasn’t working in my room so I contacted reception. Peter was incredibly helpful and tried to fix the issue which was not successful. Peter went to great efforts to change me to a different room which was perfect. Great stay, I will definitely be returning and will recommend. »

«Perfect spot for us. but the lights from the balconies around the room could be darker or lights could be turned off. My room was very bright which we didn’t like. Apart from that. Perfect and will come and stay again.»
