«The house is half way up a mountain with a spectacular view. I liked to spend time sitting on the balcony outside my bedroom looking down into the valley. The view includes the Lauerzersee and Zugersee lakes with the towns, villages, roads and railways around them. Surrounding this are green hills and mountains all around (in October). «We were met and escorted to accommodation very quickly upon contact. Accommodation was clean and sufficient for our needs. Requests for assistance were fulfilled quickly. Location close to Old Town meant we could walk everywhere. Kitchen facilities allowed us to relax and eat in if desired. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend Galaxy to others.»

«Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. »

"Great location and average ok breakfast. Parking in the area. 3 star is about correct. Do not expect any thing extra from the premesis. Clean but tidy and very basic room, bed on the minus side, No air con, heavy air and lack of ventilation, old basic bathroom. Little value for money. Would find another acco next time around. Staff was nice and helpfull."

"Vi hadde et firemannsrom for to voksne og to små barn. Rommet var veldig mye mindre enn hva bildene gir uttrykk for. Samboer på 155cm slet med å sitte oppreist i sengene. Ellers var betjeningen vennlig og det var gøy å sove i et gammelt fengsel. "
