«This is a lovely property. It was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and sitting out on the deck looking at the pond. We choose this place because it was very close to the entrance to Acadia National Park. Beautiful views and quiet!»

This is a peaceful location yet close to everything you want to do in Acadia and Bar Harbor. We definitely will be returning. Large home with plenty of space and spectacular view. «The house is lovely! Very clean, well stocked with basics, nice beds/sheet, towels; great location! Close to town but on side street. Communication with owner was very timely. Local and able to help out in our time of need. Very nice!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to others! Loved it!»

«What a great getaway for our family! Mighty Oaks had everything you could want, from plenty of room to comfortable living area! The kids had fun shooting hoops and kicking around a soccer ball in the yard, while the adults enjoyed a hot tub. The well appointed kitchen was so functional, we cooked in every night. «We really enjoyed this spacious and clean home. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views from the very large deck. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck. Not too far to Acadia Nat’l Park and Bar Harbor. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing Maine vacation.»

«This cozy little cottage had the perfect location with a gorgeous view of my favorite garden in SWH and the harbor beyond. It is a very short walk to restaurants and shops. We loved having fires in the woodstove. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We definitely want to stay again!»

«This beautiful home was our family gathering place for my daughter's wedding in Acadia National Park. It was so wonderful to spend time with everyone in this meticulously renovated home. We cooked together in the chef's kitchen. We had family dinners in the dining room, lunch on the porch. On the lazy days, we read in the library/sunroom. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable! Spending time together in your home made the wedding weekend very magical. Thank you!»

«the place was perfect. updated, clean, had everything you needed and more. i would live there if i could! the only negative thing i have to say is we ran out of hot water for the showers. that being said, i would stay there again.»

«Our family (12 of us) stayed for a long weekend for the MDI marathon. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and was more than enough space for all of us. The house is in a great location, walkable to downtown Bar Harbor and was a great spot for our marathon weekend. Charles and Ali were very responsive when we were having some issues with the smoke detector as well. We would absolutely recommend this home! »

«I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. It has always been a bucket list item for me to go to MDI/Acadia and I was fortunate enough to save up enough and take my wife, parents and sister! The property was beautiful, right on the tidal basin so we got to see the complete fluctuation of a empty bay teeming with life (basically birds feasting on shellfish) as well as the beauty and serenity of the higher tide.
