«Both the host (CJ) and the property were phenomenal!! From smooth lining the experience for checking in to getting around the city the stay felt very personal and welcoming aside from only being aesthetically pleasing. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the directions to the location were easy to follow, and the pictures for the property were as posted. Our only regret was not staying another day. «I loved everything about the apartment and the host.The only problem we had was at check in. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!»

«We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back ...

«Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!»

«My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. «I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor.»

«Great clean property......in a transitioning neighborhood.Needed more dishes stocked to make food, etc. since it says it holds 12 folks.Water heater was turned too low but emailed property manager and got it turned up.Overall nice clean place.»

«We had a lovely stay at the Melrose, and a special thanks to Lelise and Malcolm at the front desk! When we didn't get the room we had booked, they gave us an extra room so that our 18 year old got a room to herself (instead of sleeping on the sofa in our room). Much appreciated.
