«It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK »

«Cosy Bee was a really good place to stay. I enjoyed my time there.»

«It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep. »

«A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. «We’re expecting a b&b but got a unattended house with a room only found out the afternoon before that no one would be there and we would have to go elsewhere for breakfast would never have stayed had we known earlier that this was the case . The room was pleasant enough .For what we paid would have expected a lot better.»
