«Fantastic little home in a great location. So close to town and all the activities we did. The house itself was clean and tidy. Toys and books for the kids was great. Perfect for a family. Only downfall was the sofa-bed was not comfortable at all and we couldn’t use it. We would stay again if visiting New Plymouth. »

«Note that the street address is a number AND a letter (we weren't told the letter part). Also note, there is a golf course between the property and the beach so it takes about 25 minutes to walk there - a pretty walk. We found a lake nearby with lovely picnicking spots.»

«Apart from the dodgy exit due to flax leaves that need cutting back, this place was in a great location for heading out to all the gardens we visited. Also great for bike rides to Rotomanu and the coastal pathway. The house itself was basic, but had everything we needed including a very comfy bed»

«We really loved the house and the setting. Dan and Bena have obviously put a-lot of love into the place and it feels like a real home. The highlight was feeding the chickens and collecting their eggs. Also loved watching the display of birds from the deck and the outside fire and stars at night. . »

«I didn't stay nor did I visit but my friends stayed -only one night. They said the accommodation was great, the only issue was they couldn't get either gate to the property open so had to climb the fence in the front to get access. »

«A relaxing retreat in a quiet location. Vintage style granny vibe decor, this quaint cottage had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. TV not smart but OK. The garden was nice with lots of fruit trees. Washing machine in bathroom was good but no extractor fan in bathroom and no insect screens to keep bugs out if windows left open.Beds were varied. Twin beds very comfy and queen bed too soft and very high off ground. Nice to have bed in conservatory, made a fabulous day bed for relaxing ...

«Great little place, good location within easy reach of everything. Only downside would be the fact the bed squeeks every time you move Listing says there is a washer and dryer but there is not though this is apparently not theough lack of them trying to stop it from being on the list»

«Pleasant arty surrounds. Hard to find places for cases so tight for space.,small bench for food prep.I knocked my head badly on a sharp edged shelf above desk. This needs to be rounded off. It's dangerous . Bed linen & towels good but lots of cobwebs behind furniture »
