«The location was good for my needs and close to many types of restaurants and shopping. Easy freeway access as well. Covered parking was nice and everything worked as needed. Good place and good stay. I will use again if in the area. »

«The family stayed to attend a wedding, and overall, it was a great experience. However, there were a few hiccups. For instance, there were no bathroom cleaning supplies available, and all the trash cans were full, despite our arrival being right after the scheduled trash pickup day. Additionally, although the garage was listed as an amenity, it had been converted into a game room and was no longer available for parking. «The property worked perfect for us and we were very satisfied with our stay. We had 6 of us stay for a long golf weekend, and the location was great for us and a very private property. The game room is a nice touch and the poker table got plenty use from our group. We plan to be back next fall!»

«The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale.»

«The house was perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the home. It was really clean and we loved the gated fence. The host was amazing with answering any questions I had.»

«This was a great place to stay. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of parking, we had three vehicles. The free breakfast was very good and the restaurant was close. We ate there for dinner also. It was one mile from Chase Field, which was very convenient. »

«We (four of us) were in town for a concert at Chase Field and found Jason’s rental to be a perfect base for the weekend. This was my first time renting something other than a “private home” (meaning, the only dwelling on the property), but we definitely felt the privacy between the rental and the owner’s residence just steps away. «This Property is undergoing a major renovation that appears to almost be complete. The room was very nice. I liked the roller shade in the window. The breakfast area is very close to being completed with it's remodel. There are still some minor things that need completed..
