You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across two levels and offers a total area of 100 square meters. The cozy and bright furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The ground floor features a living room equipped with satellite TV and a flat-screen television, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. There is also an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. Additionally, there is a separate water closet and a bathroom or shower/WC on this level.

To ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient, the property is equipped with electric heating to keep you warm during cooler months. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms: one room with two beds, another room with two beds, and a third room with one double bed.
