We're excited to invite you to our delightful, dog friendly, vacation condo at 104 Courtyard Villas. It's a place we've fully updated updated with TV's in every bedroom, all new Casper mattresses, luxurious bathrooms, including a bidet and Jacuzzi tub, recessed lighting, new grill, and new appliances.
Location is everything. A straight shot 20-minute walk or a quick 4-minute drive brings you to my favorite beach. For dining, shopping, and a taste of local nightlife, the Village and Pier are only a 15-minute stroll away. The area is bustling with exciting activities and attractions.
The local dining is out of this world. We recommend Georgia Sea Grill, Iguana's Seafood, Brogen's, and Barbara Jean's for some delicious meals. If you are in the mood for an upscale drink, we recommend The Village Inn. The Village is also full of shopping and stores, including an old-fashioned homemade candy store and several delightful ice cream shops. Once again, you can walk to and from all of these area's. I've walked home from at least 100 good nights out in the Village.
Our condo itself was remodeled for our personal enjoyment. We may have gone overboard. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom have shiplap walls. In the living area, you'll find a new sleeper sofa and a 65-inch TV – It's a great living room to collapse into after a long day playing on the island.
The private back patio has a new gas grill, great patio furniture, and all kinds of vegetation. It is significantly larger and nicer than the private patios other condo complexes.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has a Queen sized bed and an over sized TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an even larger TV. The bathroom features a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, a modern bidet, and a gorgeous custom tile shower.
One of the highlights of Courtyard Villas is the communal pool. Though it's not heated, it gets full sun all day, making it pleasantly warm for swimming from mid-March through November. This isn't just a guess; we've tested and enjoyed it ourselves for about 10 years!
Our place is managed by Emmons Realty. I've rented everywhere and always found them to be far and away the best rental company on the island. They are also the highest rated on G**gle. So just let them know if you need anything.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund
Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason
Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)
To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
Pet Policy: $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for of this policy.
