"This hotel is spectacular! From you arrive and until you leave, you have the feeling of being appreciated as a guest. You're not just another guest. I asked to have a room with a view to Etna, and surely they gave me a room with a view to Etna. They even let me stay for one more night even though they were closing for the season. The room was stunning. You could sit in the window sill and have a cup of coffee and look at Etna in the morning. The room also had an outdoor space with a beautiful table and two chairs, two sunbeds and a parasol. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasteful with bread, cheese and ham, omelet, a salad, different kinds of juice and fruit and desserts/cakes. They also served different kinds of coffee. Everyone is so friendly and greets you with a smile. They are genuine. It's not a performance or fake. You can easily tell if someone is not being genuine and if it's a fake smile. The people in this hotel are genuine and I get a warm feeling when thinking about how they treated me as a guest. At one point during breakfast, one of the servers said; "Are you ok? You are changing colour",meaning that I was about to get sunburned. As I was going back to my room, he said; "have you tasted the desserts?". I said no and he said "come come" and then he put a few of the desserts on a plate for me to take back to the room. These people care, and I am definitely coming back. Litt dårlig renhold, men utenom dette er hotellet bra og stort pluss med de hyggelige og behjelpelige ansatte!"
