«Charming hotel, comfortable beds, great location. Daily cleaning service was good but could be better. We found food crumbs and a piece of cracker stuck on the back of one of the chairs. We put that chair next to the window so the staff could clean it, but it wasn't cleaned. Our room was next to the elevator, and it was very loud at night. We used earplugs so we could sleep. Next time, we'd ask for a room far from the elevator. That said, we would book again when we come back to New ...

«A comfortable hotel near the French Quarter and a stop for the street car. With lots of shops near by. The only downside with this hotel is that, they don't label the foods with its name and its allergy.»

«Housecleaning was poor, sticky bathroom floor upon arrival. Coffee machine was not prepared/emptied, no coffee cups. No TV remove in the room and took a long time to get a replacement . We complained on housecleaning but couldn’t see any improvements. No coffee cups or coffee filled up for day 2. »

«Location was excellent and very easily walkable to the busy areas, yet quiet and relaxed at the hotel. Parking worked out for us, but do not count on having it available - very few spots. Rooms are not accessible for anyone that cannot do steps (our room in a back corner of second floor required steps even with elevator use). Room was large and plenty comfy. The bathroom was very good, with a very deep tub. Loved the hotel overall!»
