"Published as a resort but no resort feeling. When I arrived I was told that the resort was under renovation and on low capacity - which was not mentioned in the hotel profile. As the remote location on the North shore and I didn’t have a car I didn’t have any other options. This meant a “resort” with: - restaurant was closed - pool was dirty - spa/bubble pool was not functioning - gym was closed - there was no staff in the evening Other hiccups for my stay - tv didn’t work - the bathroom smelt like surage - The lock on one of the terrace didn’t work (not great when you are alone at the resort) - lots of mosquitoes (also in the room) which I didn’t experience any other places in St. Kitts & Nevis Further it has to be noticed that the resort is on the northern shore of Saint Kitts even so there is no beach or town with facilities nearby so you have to rely on the “resort” facilities. For this inconvenience (which management didn’t agree it was) the offered compensation in form of paying for the bus (USD 2) back to Basseterre. So if you look for a resort experience and hospitality you should seriously rethink if you wanna not Ramada in your holiday plans"
