«Everything was amazing but one thing when security knocked on my door at 2 am for noise complaint when there was no noise in my room I literally was the only person in the room . And me talking on the phone or watching tv shouldn’t be a problem »

«The vacation was nice and we had a quiet stay. The breakfasts options were too expensive on sight, and the resort was a drive away from downtown. The lifeguards were nice and friendly, and the staff was accommodating. The waterpark looked as though it could use some renovations-everything seemed old, faded, stained, and dull. The pool water was clean and refreshing. »

«Stay was great. Wish they came in a replaced towels but they will definitely bring new towels if you call and ask! »

«Loved everything about it except the cleaning staff parked in our spot just sitting in their car right in the middle of both cabin spots and then parked us in to stock up the cabin next to us instead of parking in that cabins spot. Was kinda annoying. Otherwise stay was great. We kept hearing a pump going off every 30 seconds even kept us up half the night. Maintenance came and took care of it right away which was awesome. Not sure what it was. »

«So comfortable. We loved our accommodations and having water parks, restaurants, arcades within (all indoor) walking distance. »

«Very close to all things we wanted to do. Only thing strange (i thought) we are on vacation and we are expected to take our trash to a dumpster on property? We seen others putting at curb of driveway to cabin but at check out I was instructed to put in dumpster on property? Guess we should have left in cabin»

«Quiet building with walking trails and out of the fray of the main resort. In nice weather it is a pleasant walk to Chula Vista waterpark and main property. »

«Lots of fun things to do. Clean room, I loved we had a kitchen to make meals as well as a washer and dryer.»

«Some features were disappointing. The kitchen did not have much in terms of cooking utensils and the fridge is extremely small if you hope to provide a lot of your own food. It is definitely in a nice location for activities »

«Security was nice enough to call me and let me know I left my work laptop bag behind. »

«Are stay was cut short due to Covid 19. But these people were wonderful. They were quick to resolve a couple issues we had checking in the place was amazing and even after the dells closed they stayed opened!»

«We just got back from a 4 night stay in the Wyndham section of Glacier Canyon Lodge. Check in went smooth, and we all had the best time! Our only regret was not staying longer. We can't wait to go back! »

«Good vacation rental, I think the resort ended up putting us into a bigger condo which was super nice. If I wanted to be really picky it could have used a little more cleaning, couch was a bit dirty and stained and the floor could have been a little cleaner but overall acceptable. It’s nice to have all the things you need in the condo to cook a few meals. Larger trash cans would be easier so you don’t have to make several trips to the garbage area. Be prepared to walk to any of the attractions. ...

«We loved our stay! We were here in single digit weather and still had a blast. We enjoyed the complimentary wine, cozy hot tub, and nearby hiking. The snow was magical. We'd love to come back again to experience the caboose in warmer weather. Thanks for a great stay!»
