«The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was broke in one of the rooms I let them know about it also was told it would be fixed while we where out but that never happened we ended up leaving early due to the bed but other then that great property and good options for breakfast »

«This is vey beautiful hotel. Nice placevto stay. The only drawback is that they don't provide free parking you have to pay for the parking fee. Thats the only thing otherwise this is very nice hotel and place to stay. We always stays over there whenever we come to kentucky. Plenty of things to do there and big shopping area around. »

«Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. It took us 5 minutes to reach the heart of downtown Cincinnati and also Newport. The hotel is next to two liquor stores and the view is nonexistent, however that isn't why we chose this location. We chose this location because of the easy access to Cincinnati and Newport. We used the hotel as a place to sleep at night and eat breakfast. It excelled at both of these items. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We would stay here ...

«My stay was great! I was greeted as soon as the doors closed behind me. The staff were very welcoming & attentive. They offered to respond right away if a need arose….none did. The hotel is very nice, updated & surrounded by plenty of restaurants & shopping areas. This was my first time staying here & I was impressed. Will be using them in the future. My grandson swam & complained the water was cold after we had been advised it would be warm. That’s all I got🤗»
