«Spent 12 nights here whilst visiting family in the area. We agree with other guests that the Alexander Mansion House offers an “experience” in an historic building. We had the Alexander Durante room which was beautiful. Every night we would have a “night cap” and the room would be waiting for us with lamps turned on and the radio on. Breakfast is very much a part of the experience here. We got to meet and talk to / have breakfast with so many other guests over our time here which really added to ...

«Other than having long discussion about my service dog ( no payment for service dogs, they should know that you CANNOT ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICE DOG - PERIOD ! ), front desk was friendly. Breakfast ? Well, I do like donuts but that was the only thing they offered for breakfast. Not counting cereal :) Otherwise room was clean, smell nice, comfy bed. Water in bathroom sink run rusty so they should check the pipes. »

«Decent place to stay in the Rochester area. Close to the airport. Rooms were reasonably modern and well-maintained. Quiet room and firm bed. Even the breakfast was decent. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place seems like great value. We would definitely stay here again»
