«We just had the opportunity to stay for a single night, and it was also our first time with the INN. We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and ready to go for us and we have no complaints with the room itself. We will be coming back and look forward to your restaurant being open the next time around for us, but we are very pleased with our stay and hope that we can make it a couple of nights next time around.»

«What an assume little “motel, not really a motel like others around though as their rooms are redone cabooses. It’s absolutely awesome sleeping in a very clean and cute, authentic caboose. Adorable, clean, and so much fun. You can also watch the Strasburg train pass right from your front door. The restaurant, Casey Jones, is very convenient, the food is good and the staff are all amazing. We’re already making plans to come back with our granddaughter. »

«We were happy with the staff but did have some issues…..phone didn’t work, needed repair…our remote didn’t have a remote control for the TV ( they quickly ) brought us one……we asked for a 0600 hrs wake up But the the phone rang at 0500 hrs and then again a few minutes later😩»

«This property was beautiful. I loved the unique musical style of the property. The property was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was a hopping place in the evening. We enjoyed some delicious specialty drinks at the bar and yummy food from the Per Diem restaurant in the lobby. The kids enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We can't wait to revisit this property.»

«We had a great experience at Bear Creek! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the friendly staff. Our room was clean, cozy, and was the perfect setting for a family getaway. The convenience of staying right at the resort while enjoying snowboarding made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return for another amazing stay! »

«Quaint and cozy. Not a lot of frills but good place to rest. Relatively clean except there were crumbs near our bed but the bathroom and linens were clean. I would stay again. »

«Loved my stay at your hotel & will use again in the future. The thing that I wanna mention that folks don't address is the lack of fabric softener being utilized. I found the spare blanket that not only looked like a waffle but was just as crunchy as one. And the towels...come on now, I should not being able to hear my unfolding of my towel as that too was super crunchy and crisp. Crunchy and crisp is good for a lot things but not linens. Other than that, front desk was always available ...

«We Love staying at Hershey Suites, it’s like our home away from home with close proximity to all the local restaurants shopping and attractions. »

«Great staff. Excellent communication. Room very nice. Clean. Spacious. New remodel. Modern farmhouse decor feel. The single issue I had was the loud heating system right next to my bed in my room. I got very little sleep and it put a big dent in my otherwise lovely stay. I had adjoining rooms with my son and grandkids, and it did not bother my son at all. Same sound in his room. He said it “lulled” him to sleep. Not me. LOL. So if you need quiet in order to sleep, maybe ask about a quieter ...
