«We have friends in the area and actually own 50 acres nearby that we plan to build on beginning next year. We also had graduation to attend two hours east of there. Lollie’s Retreat checked all the boxes for us. The apartment was beautifully decorated and included all the amenities that we could want. Views are amazing! Highly recommend!!»

«This home is spacious, clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are large, with luxurious showers. The kitchen is also large and it was perfect for prepping dinner for our large family. «Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking.»

«We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy.»

«Our family chose Kentucky to celebrate a milestone birthday & visit Makers’s Mark Distillery. One of the primary reasons we decided on this property was that it was dog friendly. The property itself is warm, inviting and spacious. The owner had great/fast communication —and even stopped by when we couldn’t figure out how to work the television. Throughout our time on the farm, we truly felt like we were being woven into the local fabric. »
