«Nous avons passé deux jours sur Milan dans l'appartement de Danila. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée. Il est plutot petit mais bien conçu et bien équipé. Son atout principal de notre point de vue est d'être idéalement situé pour se rendre au centre de Milan à pied (~20 min du Duomo). Le seul bémol concerne l'absence de place de parking alors que l'annonce indique explicitement que l'appartement dispose d'une place de parking. «Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) »

«Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Hingegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Fernseher und kein Warmwasser(zumindest nicht so wie es uns erklärt wurde) ...absolut unterirdische Verhältnisse. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren wie in einer Jugendherberge sehr unbequem und viel zu klein für ausgewachsene Menschen. Es gab keine Küche und auch keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Dafür dass man sich selbst verpflegen muss sollte ein Kühlschrank vorhanden ...

«This was a great apartment and the location for transportation was perfect. Within a minutes walk you could get a tram to anywhere in the city. The place was quiet, clean and tidy, All the dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and appliances made it easy to prepare a meal. Mariella was attentive, kind and provided us with excellent information on sights to see, trams to take, grocery store location was just around the corner and we can highly recommended El Carnicero for a wonderful meal. «Zum Gepäck ein und ausladen kann man direkt vor die Haustüre fahren allerdings darf das Auto dort nicht dauerhaft geparkt werden. Es gibt aber kostenfrei Parkmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat nur wenig Lichteinfall was hilft dass sie im Sommer nicht zu stark aufheizt. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage.
