«Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar»

«We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. »

«This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!»

«Sólo reservamos una noche porque teníamos un vuelo al día siguiente. Todo funcionó a la perfección, el alojamiento era tal y como se describía y los anfitriones fueron excepcionalmente amables. Estamos muy contentos de haberlos conocido y si volvemos a encontrarnos en Madrid definitivamente los visitaremos de nuevo.»

«Very central location,friendly staff ans spacy apartment. The only minus was the sofa, it was partly damaged and not clean. Recommendations to Gran View: some more equipment for the kitchen and some more furniture on the terrace.»

«Extremely loud througout the hotel. Could hear people talk through several floors. Party through the night in some rooms. Kitchen is a mess. Only 4 glasses in the whole kitchen a fridge. No cookware or whatsoever ti use with the kitchen appliances. AirPort transfer is non existing though it says so on webpage. Had to pay 45€ for two trips back and forth to the AirPort. Good size rooms in the quadrouole with two separate baths. But the standard of the showers etc shows this hotel needs ...

«Fint hotell, ikke langt unna plaza de España. Ankommer du med bil er det veldig lett å finne hotellet, og de tilbyr parkering innendørs. Nært de viktigste tingene å se i Madrid. Enkelt å komme seg til om du bruker metroen. Vi hadde frokost med på vår bestilling, noe vi anbefaler. Hyggelig personale! »
