«Girls' trip for 4 women of a certain age... we were able to spread out and each had a separate sleeping space, although some spots required a bit of a walk down the outside stairs or a walk through another bedroom to reach a bathroom. It worked great for us, though. Beds and linens all top quality, many extra blankets and pillows available. The kitchen was amazing! «The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner ...

The set up was nice as one of the houses had a nice back deck overlooking the lake with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. The host was great and even brought us some fresh vegetables one afternoon from his garden. We really enjoyed our stay.»
