«Great getaway from Minneapolis. Perfect directions from owner for an out of the way location. Walks on the beach were so relaxing as well as the sunsets and fall leaf colors. We had a wonderful time.»

«We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Urban Cottage! The space was incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect atmosphere for us to unwind and reconnect. It was just the right backdrop for a peaceful reading retreat with my college friends. We loved the cozy ambiance. «Stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridal party and had such a great night! The place was so cute and clean! Then stayed the night of my wedding with my new husband and again it was such a nice way to end the night! Highly recommend staying here if you are in need of somewhere in this area! »

«The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner ...

«Girls' trip for 4 women of a certain age... we were able to spread out and each had a separate sleeping space, although some spots required a bit of a walk down the outside stairs or a walk through another bedroom to reach a bathroom. It worked great for us, though. Beds and linens all top quality, many extra blankets and pillows available. The kitchen was amazing!
