Stepping into Room 2 located on the first floor, you're welcomed by a spacious sanctuary where with 2 queen beds, promising restful nights amidst the embrace of mountain tranquility. The room boasts modern comforts, including a microwave, keurig, and a rejuvenating shower to wash away the day's adventures.
Outside your window, the towering Giant Redwood stands sentinel, a testament to the ancient majesty of the surrounding forests.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire room, WiFi, fresh towels and linens, and flat parking space.
Other Things To Note:
In this remote, mountainous area, cell reception is scarce to non-existent. Although the lodge provides WiFi, we intentionally omit televisions in the rooms, with the intention of inspiring our guests to fully disconnect from the outside world during their visit. There are 9 other rooms available to book! Let us know if you are interested in more than one.

Please note that while the lodge's rooms are available for booking, the lodge itself, including the restaurant, dining room, and main room, is currently closed. Additionally, there is no on-site office or staff, but don’t worry—we manage everything remotely to make sure your experience is smooth and comfortable. If you need anything at all, just let us know, and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.

Camp Nelson is a charming mountain community in Tulare County, California, tucked away in the Sierra Nevada. It's a great spot for outdoor fun like hiking, fishing, and camping, with stunning trails and beautiful forests. The area is filled with rustic cabins and cozy lodges, giving it a friendly, small-town vibe. Summers are mild and perfect for exploring, while winters bring a snowy wonderland. It's also close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, making it a fantastic year-round getaway.
Getting Around:
We recommend using your vehicles to get around and fully explore the area. However, if you prefer to stay local, you'll find plenty within walking distance! There's a pizza place nearby, a bar for relaxing evenings, and a general store for any essentials you might need.

House Rules:
1. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-10pm, please communicate between those hours!
2. Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 4 total individuals or 4 adults and 1 small child. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the room. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. No loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds, bears, and other animals that make a mess.
