«Our visit was on one of the hottest weekends of the year. We were surprised at the comfortable temperatures, eating all our meals on the back deck and watching the neighborhood deer sneak a bite of grass. Only complaints are walking across the gravel to reach the hot tub. The faucet in the bathroom being too short for the sink to wash your hands. Definitely going to bookmark this gem.»

«Neat cottage in the woods. Owners are on the property ( in another location) and very nice. Especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch. A creek is on the property and can be heard from the porch. Perfect for the two of us. Enjoyed going to Sparta, never been there before. Close enough to a lot of places for hikes and antique hunting. All around, the most relaxing stay we have had in a long while. We’ll go again.»

«Remote but not. Very little traffic on road to interrupt the serenity and view while sitting on the porch. Wrap around porch was great. We ate breakfast and dinner on the porch each day. Spent evenings enjoying the sunsets and surrounding scenery. Interior woodwork beautiful. Kitchen great. Well designed layout for two couples on a weekend vacation.
