Our little boys love lighthouses so we were able to drive to Currituck, Bodie Island and Hatteras. The house is very family friendly especially for mixed ages. Our teenage daughter had plenty of her own space and our boys loved the fenced in yard. «Property was nice clean and accommodating. The lack of a dining table for the thanksgiving day meal was a bit of an inconvenience. We were lucky that the weather was mild. We were never able to reach the club house folks that could have issued a key for the boat ramp. Left two messages and no return of call. A bit of an inconvenience as the other ramp was towards Manteo.»

«The location was perfect for our family! We walked everywhere! This was our first stay in Duck. We didn’t realize how busy/crowded the beaches are in Duck. The beach chairs and wagon saved us with the walk to the beach! The pool was a perfect place to cool off. The portable vacuums on each floor were perfect for sand. «Our family booked a last minute, long weekend, getaway to Treasurer Chest recently and we loved every aspect of our stay. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival, with all the amenities you'll need to whether it's to simply rest your head at night or to cook family meals during your stay. «Property was exactly what I expected. Looked just like the pictures. Was clean and very well equipped. We had no issues so we did not need to reach out to property manager. We had 2 dogs with us so it was easy to clean up the sand without carpet on all floors. Beach access was easy»

«This home was clean, extremely well appointed with linens, paper products, appliances, etc. We really appreciated the ease of the checkout process. It’s a bit pricy (with host fees) for the location, but the pros outweighed this slight con for us. Owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. »
