"Had to wait ten minutes for check in. When finally check in it was easy with a friendly staff. Room was good, bed comfortable but no fridge in the room. Three times in the morning staff entered the room to clean/service the room. The hotel should have a better overview over who will/have checked out. Didn't find a label "don't disturbe". Nice gym at the hotel!"

"After check out they charged me additional 45$ without any notification. Had to call them and was told there was a claim that I took a pillow from room. Which obviously I have never done. So I have to go through the hassle of disputing with my credit card company. Unacceptable practice in my mind. There was no warm water in the room, and at the moment limited services due to refurbishment. "

"Not a four star hotel but more like three. Nice rooftop pool area with a nice bar. Expensive drinks but good. "

"Worn hotel with relative small rooms. We stayed three nights, and did not get any housekeeping of the room. Upon returning to the hotel the 2nd night we let both the night maid and front desk know about the lack of cleaning, where the answer was that housekeeping could not be expected every day. We got a new set of towels to the room, but they did not bother to remove the old ones, nor make the beds or resupply toilet paper. Will not stay there again!"
